Make room for what comes next.

Planning an addition or a new layout? Proud Hammer Homes welcomes remodeling and addition inquiries from St. George, Washington, Hurricane, and surrounding Southern Utah communities.

Discuss your project ↗
01

Start with the existing home

Share photos, available drawings, and what you want to change. The existing structure and site conditions help determine the scope before work is priced or scheduled.

02

Define the whole project

Discuss whether you need framing only or general contracting coordination. We’ll clarify what is included, which trades are involved, and what information is needed for the next step.

03

Bring the important decisions forward

Access, occupied rooms, finishes, and the intended timeline all affect the work. Share these early so the plan reflects how you live as well as what you want to build.

BEFORE YOUR REMODEL

A clearer scope.
A more useful estimate.

A few details about your existing home and priorities help move the first conversation forward.

What should I send if I do not have finished plans?

Start with photos of the areas you want to change, any available drawings, and a short list of your goals. Separate must-have changes from options you are still considering. Include your Southern Utah project location and target window, and tell us which design decisions are still open. Photos help start the discussion; site conditions and the requested work still need review before the scope is confirmed.

How do I compare remodeling estimates?

Check that each proposal covers the same work: demolition, framing, trade coordination, finishes, and cleanup. Ask which items are included, excluded, or carried as allowances, and identify selections that are still undecided. Also ask how changes or conditions discovered during the work will be documented and approved. The written scope makes the totals more useful to compare.

What if we plan to stay in the home during the work?

Tell us which rooms must remain usable, when access is available, and any household scheduling constraints. Include delivery access and places available for materials. Whether occupancy can work for your project needs to be discussed as part of the scope and sequence; a target date alone does not confirm the construction schedule.
